KSC Baseball Overwhelmed By Endicott

WINTER HAVEN, Fla.--The Keene State College baseball team lost to Endicott College 24-2 on the third day of their Spring Break Trip to Florida.

Six Keene State pitchers combined to allow 12 hits and 17 earned runs, hitting eight Endicott batters and walking 10 more.  The Owls also committed four errors and managed four hits.

Matt Boulay was 1-for-3 with a double and an RBI, continuing his hot start to the season - through the first four games, Boulay is hitting .538 with three doubles.

Endicott scored in every inning except the fourth.  KSC picked up one run in the second when Andy Johson scored on an error, and added another in the sixth inning when Johnson reached on a fielder's choice and eventually scored on Boulay's double.

Kevin Guild took the loss on the hill for KSC.

KSC (1-3) will return to the field on Monday morning against Alfred State University.  The game time has been moved to 8:30 am to avoid potential rain in the area.
